- The unique, velvety richness of deep-steamed tea. The extended steaming process breaks down the tea leaves into finer particles, allowing their full essence to dissolve into the water when brewed in a teapot. It is characterized by a vivid, deep green color, a velvety richness, and a mellow aftertaste with minimal astringency.
- A soothing aroma that frees the mind: The moment hot water is poured, a fresh, lush, and fragrant aroma reminiscent of young grass rises. Taking a break from your busy daily routine to savor this authentic Japanese tea with all your senses creates a blissful moment of relaxation.
- Quality Chosen for Gift-Giving: While perfect for home use, we confidently recommend this tea—with its assured quality and flavor—as a gift for tea enthusiasts or as a special cup to serve when welcoming distinguished guests.

Recommended Brewing Method
: Since deep-steamed tea has very fine leaves, using a teapot with a fine mesh strainer (a deep-steamed teapot) will bring out the best flavor. Brewing slowly with slightly cooler water (approx. 70°C–80°C) further enhances the tea’s natural sweetness.
[Water Volume/Temperature] 200 ml / 70°C–80°C
1. Place the tea bag in the teapot
. 2. Pour in about
200 ml of hot water. 3. Wait for 90–120 seconds (it’s okay to gently tug the string)
. *For hot tea, you can enjoy a second and third infusion by adding more hot water to the same tea leaves.
