Terms of Service
These Terms set forth the conditions for product sales and use of the online shop operated by Tohachi Saryo (hereinafter referred to as "the Shop").
Article 1 (Shipping Scope)
Shipping is available only within Japan. We regret to inform you that we do not accept international orders, including those made through international forwarding services. If the delivery address is found to be outside of Japan, the order may be canceled at our discretion.
Article 2 (Returns and Exchanges)
- Returns Due to Customer Preference Due to the nature of our products (food items), we cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds based on customer preferences (e.g., "different from image," "accidental order," "not to your taste," etc.).
- Returns and Exchanges Due to Product Defects We will only accept returns or exchanges if the delivered product has the following deficiencies:
- Damage or soiling of the product (including accidents during transit)
- Receipt of a product different from your order
- Other defects for which the Shop is responsible
- Notification Period and Method In the case of the aforementioned defects, please contact us by phone or via the inquiry form within one week of receiving the product. Please be aware that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any requests made after this period.
- Return Shipping Costs In the event of a return or exchange due to a defect on our part or an accident during transit, the Shop will bear all shipping costs required for the return and reshipment of the product.
Article 3 (Refusal of Receipt and Long-term Absence)
If a product is returned to the Shop after exceeding the carrier's storage period due to absence or an unknown address, we will charge the full amount of the order. Due to food safety management regulations, returned food items cannot be reused or resold.
Article 4 (Changes to These Terms)
The Shop reserves the right to amend these Terms at its discretion whenever deemed necessary. Any amended Terms shall become effective from the time they are posted on this website.
