Since deep-steamed tea has finer leaves, using a teapot with a fine mesh (deep-steamed teapot) will make it taste even better. Brewing slowly with slightly cooler water (approx. 70°C–80°C) further enhances its natural sweetness.
【Water Amount / Temp】200ml / 70°C–80°C
1. Place the tea bag into the teapot.</b
2. Pour about 200ml of hot water.
3. Steep for about 90–120 seconds (you can also gently bob the tea bag by the string).
Note: For hot tea, you can enjoy a second and third infusion by simply adding more hot water to the same tea leaves.
