Established in the 1860s, Tohachi Saryo brings you the legacy of Ise tea, delivered with all our heart.
1. How to Order
・Ordering Process: Please add your desired items to the cart from the product page and enter your shipping and payment information.
・Acceptance Hours: Online orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
・Inventory: Seasonal items and rare tea leaves are limited in quantity. We appreciate your understanding in the event an item is out of stock.
2. Shipping & Delivery
・CarrierJapan Post (Click Post, etc.) or Yamato Transport
・Processing TimeOrders will be shipped within 5 business days from the date of order.
※During busy periods such as the New Year holidays, we will notify you in advance if additional time is required.
3. Shipping Fees
For up to 6 tea bag sets (3pcs/set) or up to 3 loose-leaf bags, the shipping fee is a flat rate of 280 yen nationwide.
For quantities or combinations exceeding the above, the optimal shipping fee will be automatically calculated on the screen after entering your address.
※Flexible combinations are available. For example, a combination of 3 tea bag sets (3pcs/set) and 2 loose-leaf bags qualifies for thenationwide flat rate<.
For other combinations, please check the automatic calculation at checkout.
※Depending on the combination, placing separate orders for smaller quantities may result in lower shipping costs.
Free shipping on orders of 20,000 yen or more.
4. Payment Methods

5. Issuing Receipts
We include a receipt inside the package with your items at the time of shipping.
6. Gifts and Gift Services
At Tohachi Saryo, we offer the following services to ensure you can send gifts to your loved ones with peace of mind.
- If you do not want a receipt sent to the recipient, please check "No price details required (for gift use)" on the checkout screen.
- Gift wrapping is currently being prepared. We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask for your patience.


7. Returns and Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
- In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective (damaged, incorrect item, etc.), please contact our customer support within [7] days of receiving the item. We will promptly exchange it for a replacement product.
