A cute tea field that looks like a chocolate cake covered in powdered sugar

It snowed on February 8th. The tea fields looked like a monochrome photograph, like a chocolate cake covered in sugar.

In fact, snow at this time of year is a blessing for tea. The light snow that accumulates gently protects the tea plants.Insulation material that protects against extreme cold (radiative cooling)It also acts as a barrier to protect the skin from dryness.

Dryness is the biggest enemy of tea plants, so as the snow slowly melts and seeps into the soil, it provides an important supply of moisture for the new tea (first tea) to sprout in early spring.

By being exposed to the cold in February, the tea plants realize that it is now winter and go into a deep dormancy, allowing them to store up the energy to sprout vigorously all at once when the weather warms up in the spring.

I'm looking forward to the delicious new tea!
